Worship 2018

WORSHIP is the word God has given me over and over again for 2018. He kept reminding me… when you don’t have the words, when you don’t know how to pray– just sing. Just worship until the words of the songs become truth to your spirit, to your heart, to your soul. I began making a list of songs in January that were/are my go-tos; they have been my source of Truth throughout 2018. Here is the playlist of songs that God gave me this year– and the lyrics that I clung to. In 2018, God taught me to just keep singing!!

  1. I am No Victim (Kristene DiMarco)

He is my Father, I do not wonder

If His plans for me are good

If He’ll come through like He should

‘Cause He is provision and enough wisdom

To usher in my brightest days

To turn my mourning into praise

He’s not just reviving

Not simply restoring

Greater things have yet to come

2. Do It Again (Live: Elevation Worship)

Your promise still stands

Great is Your faithfulness, faithfulness

I’m still in Your hands

This is my confidence, You’ve never failed me yet

I’ve seen you move, come move the mountains

And I believe, I’ll see You do it again

You made a way, where there was no way

And I believe, I’ll see You do it again

3. Spirit Move (Live: Bethel Music and Kalley Heiligenthal)

We are fixed on this one thing

To know Your goodness and see Your glory

We’re transformed by this one thing

To know Your presence and see Your beauty

So come and blow on through

Spirit move, we’re ready for You to

Come and blow on through

Come and do what only You can do

4. New Wine (Live: Hillsong Worship)

So I yield to You and to Your careful hand

When I trust You I don’t need to understand

Make me Your vessel

Make me an offering

Make me whatever You want me to be

I came here with nothing

But all You have given me

Jesus, bring new wine out of me

5. Where You Are (Spontaneous, Live: Bethel Music and Leeland Mooring)

I can’t get enough.

No I can’t get enough.

Of  Your amazing love.

Jesus I can’t get enough.

I just wanna be where You are

I just wanna be near Your heart

There is nothing like Your love

Jesus I love you

6. Only King Forever (Live: Elevation Worship)

You are the only King forever

Almighty God we lift you higher

You are the only King forever

Forevermore, You are victorious

We lift our banner high

We lift the Name of Jesus

From age to age You reign

Your kingdom has no end

7. You Say (Lauren Daigle)

Remind me once again just who I am, because I need to know

You say I am loved when I can’t feel a thing

You say I am strong when I think I am weak

You say I am held when I am falling short

When I don’t belong, oh You say that I am Yours

And I believe, I believe, What you say of me, I believe

8. Sing My Way Back (Steffany Gretzinger)

There’s a garden in the ashes

There is beauty in the mess

If we embrace our imperfections

I know love will do the rest

When I lose direction

When I can’t see the stars

If we get disconnected

I’ll sing my way back to Your heart

I’ll sing my way back to Your arms

9. Rescue (Lauren Daigle)

I will send out an army to find you

In the middle of the darkest night

It’s true, I will rescue you

I will never stop marching to reach you

In the middle of the hardest fight

It’s true, I will rescue you

10. Surrounded (Fight My Battles) (Michael W. Smith)

This is how I fight my battles

It may look like I’m surrounded but I’m surrounded by You

11. Tremble (Live: Mosaic MSC)

Jesus, Jesus, You make the darkness tremble

Jesus, Jesus, You silence fear

Your name is light that the shadows can’t deny

Your name cannot be overcome

Your name is alive, forever lifted high

Your name cannot be overcome

12. Amazing Grace (Sarah Grace from the Voice)

When we’ve been here 10,000 years

Bright shining as the sun

We’ve no less days to sing God’s praise

Than when we first begun.

Amazing grace! How sweet the sound.
